One of the advantages of the PP tiles is that it is simple in construction, easy to install, and does not require any glue or other fixation for splicing. However, there are a few issues that need to be paid attention to before paving: 1. The flatness of the foundation. 2. Check and check the product batch and quantity. 3. Match the floor color according to the construction drawings
According to the actual paving experience of the construction personnel, the following two paving schemes are provided for reference:
1. Center point paving method:
Take a basketball court as an example, take a straight line (vertical) from the center of the basketball stand at both ends, take a straight line (horizontal) from the entire half of the basketball court, and start paving around this point at the intersection of the two lines (also the center point of the court). Extend the PP tiles to the surroundings in turn, and pay attention to aligning the horizontal and vertical lines to avoid skewing after the site pavement is completed. The advantage of this paving method is that it is symmetrical around, and it is not easy to tilt in a certain direction. The disadvantage is that sometimes installation is required during paving, and the construction is more troublesome.
2. Use the upper left corner pavement method:
Taking the basketball court as an example, use a tape measure over 30 meters to measure the size of the entire field and draw four corner points, starting from the upper left corner, and then splicing the floor along the direction of the lower right corner (90° fan). Pay attention to adjusting floors of different colors according to the requirements of the construction drawings, and at the same time check the angle of the installed floor at any time to avoid the angle being too large or too small to affect the splicing of the floor. The advantage of this paving method is that splicing and installation are convenient, and splicing is not required. The disadvantage is that due to the size of the floor and gaps, it is easy to cause the entire site to shift and the data to deviate, and construction personnel need to pay attention to adjustments. The main raw material of the suspended assembled sports floor is modified polypropylene, which has certain elasticity and toughness. The floors are connected by locks, and the construction tool usually used is a leather hammer. However, construction personnel need to pay attention to whether the sub-button and the female buckle are aligned during splicing and installation, so as to avoid artificial damage to the floor.
