Padel is an increasingly popular sport and its specific site requirements require a professional installation process. A smooth installation can not only ensure the quality of the venue, but also provide a better gaming experience and attract more sports enthusiasts. Let's take a look at the manpower and important steps required to install a padel floor:

Project planning and preparation:
Before you start installing padel floors, you need a detailed project plan. This includes dimensioning the site, preparing a list of materials and tools needed, and arranging human resources. Usually, at least 1 to 2 experienced professionals are involved in the project planning and preparation phase to ensure that all details are taken care of.

Site preparation:
Before installing padel floors, it is essential to ensure that site preparation is complete. This includes clearing the site, leveling the ground, removing obstructions, and making sure the site dimensions are within standard regulations. At least 2 to 3 staff members are required to participate in the site preparation stage to ensure that the basic requirements of the site are met.
Floor assembly:
A padel floor usually consists of different modules that need to be assembled. This stage requires sufficient manpower to complete the assembly and fixing of the floor modules. Typically, at least 3 to 4 workers are recommended to be involved in the floor assembly process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Pouring material and fixing the floor:
After assembling the floor modules, specific materials need to be poured to ensure the stability and support of the floor. This may require 2 or 3 crew members for the task of pouring the material and securing the floor. This stage is critical to floor performance, so professionals are needed to ensure quality.

Network Fixing and Wiring:
A padel field is usually equipped with a net, and a wiring system for lighting etc. This requires 2 staff members to fix the net and connect the wires.

Final inspection and testing:
After the installation is complete, a comprehensive final inspection and testing is required. This includes making sure the floor is level, the net is secure, the wiring is secure, and more. At least 2 staff members should participate in the final inspection to ensure the quality of the installation and meet the relevant standards.

At least 10 staff members are required to participate in the whole process of padel floor installation, including project planning, site preparation, floor assembly, pouring materials, network fixing, wiring and final inspection. Note that specific manpower needs may vary based on site size, floor type, and other factors. Make sure that all those involved in the installation have the relevant experience and skills to ensure a smooth installation process and provide your clients with a high-quality padel field. Good luck with your padel floor installation project!
