Surface UV topcoat, wear-resistant layer (1.4-1.5mm), bottom particles: ① rubber powder (high density, high-end product, 8-9 yuan/square more expensive than particles) ② tire particles ③ sneaker particles (colorful, odorless) )
Factory:
UV topcoat is applied before shipment; the wear-resistant layer is 1.4-1.5mm thick; the particles are made of new materials; surface layer density: 1200/㎡; whole floor mat density: 850-950/m³ (standard), too high will make it hard
Application:
Floor mats recommended are 20mm and 25mm
Coiled material recommended 5-8mm
①Strength area pushes 20-25mm, bearing more than 500kg
② If not used on the first floor, push 50mm for fear of noise
③Fixed equipment area: 5-8mm roll material and 15mm flat bottom mat can be used
④Private teaching, push 4.5mm PVC
⑤Aisle area: 2mm dense PVC; 3mm roll material
It is recommended to use two-component glue for flat floor mats to avoid bulging.
Pre-laying is required before laying the membrane
The surface layer of 70% EPDM will be very hard and easy to warp. If you really want to use it, make it 1*1 meter thicker.
