GZUNISPORT recently successfully completed the installation of a high-standard spray coat track in Malaysia. The project uses environmentally friendly materials and meets international sports venue standards to ensure that the track has excellent weather resistance and a comfortable sports experience.
Construction process
1. Foundation treatment Before installing the spray coat track, the construction team first cleaned and leveled the foundation to ensure that the ground was flat and solid. This step is crucial to the durability of the track.
2. Paving the bottom layer The construction team used a high-strength asphalt foundation to ensure that the track remains stable under various climatic conditions, while enhancing drainage performance to prevent water accumulation from affecting use.
3. Spray coat layer construction The core part of the spray coat track is the elastic spray coat layer, which is composed of polymer environmentally friendly materials and particles. 4. Surface spraying GZUNISPORT uses professional spraying equipment to evenly spray the wear-resistant and non-slip surface material on the surface of the track. The surface layer has good UV resistance, can maintain long-term bright colors and excellent friction.
5. Detail adjustment and acceptance After the spraying was completed, the construction team finely polished the details of the running track and carried out strict quality inspections to ensure that the flatness, elasticity and drainage performance of the running track were in the best condition.
