FAQ
1. In which US states can this flooring be used outdoors?
Suitable throughout the US! The basketball floor tile is resistant to high and low temperatures, UV rays, and heavy rain. It can be used reliably in any region.
2. My swimming pool is a different color; can I customize a matching interlocking tile color?
Yes! We support full color customization. Just provide a color sample or color code you want, and we can match a consistent flooring tone to ensure overall visual harmony.
3. If I want to expand the area after installation, can I add basketball tile panels?
Absolutely. The interlocking design allows for unlimited extension. New flooring panels can be perfectly integrated with the existing flooring, eliminating the need to re-lay the entire area.
4. Will the flooring surface scratch? For example, if a barbecue grill or ball equipment is accidentally dropped?
The basketball tile is made of highly wear-resistant PP material. Daily ball impacts and light friction will not scratch it; however, avoid prolonged pressure from sharp, heavy objects. Minor scratches can be easily faded by wiping with a damp cloth.
