Installation

Basketball Tiles Installation Method

Different sizes of courts have different numbers of cartons, each containing a number of tiles, and these cartons contain edges, corners and fixers. Please open cartons 1, 2, 3, ... one by one. Please measure and mark the length and width in the middle before proceeding so that you can adjust the position of the tiles if necessary. We will provide customers with corresponding drawings to install basketball court tiles, starting from the lower left corner and follow the direction arrows in the above picture. Install 1-1 to 1-25 tiles.... and so on.
Install the edges. And adjust the position according to the center line (if necessary).
Fix the tiles. Simply use an approved masonry drill bit to pre-drill into the concrete and place the lugs in the concrete holes. Then use screws and washers and screw the screws into the plastic lugs. Then put the cover on the tile. Commercially, we recommend placing X 1 screws per 5 square meters on the floor, if you want to lift the anti-theft cover to access the screws later. Please use an approved cover remover.
