1. Basic treatment
Clean the ground: remove oil, dust and loose particles.
Leveling and repairing: Use interface agent and cement mortar to repair cracks and potholes.
Grinding: Slightly grind the whole to improve adhesion.

2. Apply primer layer
Use acrylic primer and add water at a ratio of 1:1 (specific as recommended by the manufacturer).
Use a roller or spray to apply evenly once to enhance the adhesion of the foundation.
Drying time: about 4-6 hours (depending on the environment).

3. Filling and leveling
Use acrylic caulking material to repair cracks and joints on the ground.
Use acrylic leveling material to scrape and apply to ensure that the ground is flat.
Grind and trim after drying.

4. Middle coating
Middle coating ratio: acrylic paint + quartz sand (medium and coarse particles) + water.
Construction method: Use a rubber scraper to scrape 2-3 times.
Function: Increase the friction coefficient and provide comfortable sports performance.
Each layer is applied 6-8 hours apart.

5. Topcoat
Topcoat ratio: acrylic topcoat + appropriate amount of water.
Use roller or spray to apply 2 times to ensure uniform color.
You can choose a topcoat with better UV resistance according to your needs.

6. Marking
Use special acrylic marking paint to mark the movement line according to the standard size.
The marking should be uniform and without burrs.
