Full PU Running Track technology
Full PU Running Track requires primer, buffer coating, wear-resistant coating, full polyurethane layer (13mm), spray EPDM particle mixed polyurethane coating (R09/R09+), marking paint and thinner.
Full PU Running Track is based on sports biomechanics, and is designed with a strong reinforcement layer and a buffer layer, which can moderately absorb the impact of the foot, reduce sports injuries, and reduce physical consumption, which helps athletes improve their competition results.
It complies with the environmental protection requirements of national standards such as GB36246-2018, GBT14833-2020, and GBT22517, and the product has passed the dual venue certification of World Athletics and the Chinese Athletics Association
It comprehensively solves the defects of prefabricated coiled tracks due to shrinkage and cracking, deformation of the track caused by rainwater soaking, arching of joints, and bubbling in shallow water. It has good physical elasticity and sound strength and wear resistance, and has a long service life. It can withstand various extreme climate conditions, long-term sunshine, rainy season and freezing climate. It uses special mechanical spraying, which is easy to construct and can greatly shorten the construction time.
